What Is Spiritual Abundance? Understanding Its True Essence
Spiritual abundance is the recognition that everything you need — love, peace, joy, creativity, and guidance — already exists within you. Unlike material abundance, which depends on external circumstances, spiritual abundance flows from an inner state of awareness and alignment with the divine.
When you operate from the heart of spirit, you no longer act from fear or lack. You live from trust and gratitude. Of course it is a daily and moment to moment practice. So we are always moving from doubt to trust but the more you check in with yourself it gets easier to anchor this abundance into the heart.
Spiritual Abundance vs. Material Abundance
Material abundance is a weak frequency. It depends on human action and not on spiritual. Spiritual abundance, on the other hand, is always present. It is being grateful for the breath, being grateful for the smile you receive from a stranger. It is a daily reminder that you have access to live this life and that you can beat another struggle.
The Frequency of Abundance: Living Without Worry or Doubt
When you align with the frequency of abundance, life begins to unfold with grace. You stop worrying about how things will happen and start trusting that they will. Doubt dissolves because your energy no longer vibrates at fear — it vibrates at faith. Freedom, peace, and creativity flow effortlessly from this space.

The Trap of Materialism and the Illusion of “More”
Our society has been programed to think that having the new car, having the big house, fancy clothes etc.. are a sign of success. When in fact the people who are chasing after these things eventually see it is not causing them freedom. They see how they are worrying about what others think and they end up becoming drained by trying to keep up with that image.
Your soul is Abundant
The essence of who you are is abundant. What you bring here into the world shines a light which others do see and feel. The way you move, speak and are present in this universe is the definition of abundance. As you begin to really feel this I promise you that your life will begin to feel different. This is where some of the natural manifestation will begin to happen.
Energy is Timeless
Energy is a spectrum which has infinite layers to it. As spiritual beings we reside in these layers and have access to many different ways of moving beyond our space and “time”. As we begin to feel our spiritual energy this spectrum begins to open up. This is what all of us should remember during this time of transformation on the planet. Even though much is changing what remains the same is our connection to this energy.
A simple practice you can do is grab a memory which is important to you. As you reflect on this memory take yourself back to it. Remember how it felt. Who was there? How did they make you feel? What did the “time” feel like? What this tool will do is it will begin to shift your energy to pull the healing you experienced from that timeline into the present. As that happens you will experience a spectrum of healing. The idea is your not attaching to this memory but the healing surrounding it.
As spiritual beings it is key for us to remember who we are and what we have access to. The more you begin to work with your own energy the more you are going to open up the magic which is already within you.
