Your Sacred Journey into Spirit
Spirituality is unique to each individual
Your spiritual path has different layers to it which can feel confusing as you start to navigate. Listening to where your soul feels called is the most important thing to do. This is where the integration happens.
For years I struggled finding my space.
I kept trying to fit my spirituality into neat little boxes other people handed me — Christianity, nature spirituality, magick systems, different mystery schools But eventually I realized one important thing.
The soul doesn’t communicate through labels.
It communicates through resonance.
Finding your way
I think a lot of people quietly struggle with this.
There’s this pressure to pick one spiritual identity and stay inside it. Starseed, shaman, psychic medium, reiki master etc..
And if you step outside of that in can begin to trigger the conditioning mindset we have .
I remember asking myself questions around my path. I felt deeply connected to Jesus when I first began to hear and sometimes see my guide in dreams. This led me to think I should maybe step back a little bit from what I was doing. And just focus on “Jesus”. But the more I began to search the more I found how deeply layered true Christianity was.
How my spiritual path became real
Everything changed when I stopped trying to fit my spirituality into a label.
Flowing into where I felt led changed. My connection became amplified and. peace was a daily experience.
Today, my spiritual practice can look different depending on what energy I am feeling led into.
I will use prayer books with the rhythm of each day.
I will pray the rosary.
I will connect to my guides.
I go into deep trance and journey into the lower world.
I go out into nature and open up to the elements.
it is all about where my soul feels led.
And honestly?
This is the most fulfilling path for me.
Don’t be restricted by labels
Labels can restrict us. They can put us into a box which becomes our identity.
By moving with where you feel led and what you want to experience you open up the freedom to experience what your soul is calling you into. This is what your ancestors did. They went on vision quests for 21 days without any food. They experienced the soul and its deepest roots.
Systems can become so rigid that they disconnect people from their own soul,,
We must tune into this sacred rhythm again.
As we begin to do this there will be a healing energy which flows from you, to your ancestors, from the ancestors, to your family, from your family to the earth.
Get back into this spirituality again and experience it for what it is. This energy flowing into the earth right now is about getting away from what holds us back and breaking those chains that have conditioned us for far to long.
The Soul Wants Expansion, Not Fear
Our conditioning is rooted in fear.
Fear of punishment.
Fear of being questioned.
Fear of exploring.
Fear of being wrong.
Fear of trusting yourself.
But genuine spirituality has never felt fear-based to me.
The moments where I’ve felt closest to God — truly closest — were rooted in love, peace, connection, healing, compassion, and deep inner knowing.
Not fear.
And I think that distinction matters.
Because if your spirituality constantly makes you feel ashamed of your intuition, disconnected from yourself, or terrified to grow, then something isn’t aligned.
The divine should expand your soul, not imprison it.
Nature Became One of My Greatest Teachers
This surprised me the most.
I used to think spirituality only existed in designated sacred spaces — churches, temples, ceremonies.
But some of the most spiritual moments of my life happened outside.
Walking quietly at sunrise.
Sitting near water after difficult days.
Feeling the wind move through trees.
Watching birds cross the sky in complete silence.
There were moments in nature where I felt closer to God than I ever had before.
Not because nature replaced spirituality — but because it reminded me that divinity exists everywhere.
Nature doesn’t force belief.
It simply exists.
And somehow, that softened me.
Your Soul Already Knows
I think many people are waking up to this right now.
They’re realizing spirituality doesn’t have to look exactly the way institutions tell us it should. That connection with the divine can be deeply personal, fluid, sacred, and alive.
You can honor Jesus while also being intuitive.
You can love God without living in fear.
You can pray traditionally while still listening deeply to your soul.
You can feel connected to angels, saints, ancestors, guides, nature, and divine energy all at once.
Your spiritual path does not have to fit perfectly into someone else’s framework to be real.
That’s something I wish I understood sooner.
What I’ve Learned Through All of This
The more honestly I honored where my soul was leading me, the more fulfilled I became.
Not because I found all the answers.
But because I stopped betraying myself spiritually.
And honestly, I think that’s where real peace begins.
Not in forcing yourself into systems that suffocate you.
Not in constantly fearing you’re doing spirituality “wrong.”
Not in disconnecting from your own intuition.
But in learning to trust the quiet voice inside yourself again.
The one that’s been guiding you all along.
