Energy is Timeless

Energy is a spectrum which has infinite layers to it. As spiritual beings we reside in these layers and have access to many different ways of moving beyond our space and “time”. As we begin to feel our spiritual energy this spectrum begins to open up. This is what all of us should remember during this time of transformation on the planet. Even though much is changing what remains the same is our connection to this energy.

A simple practice you can do is grab a memory which is important to you. As you reflect on this memory take yourself back to it. Remember how it felt. Who was there? How did they make you feel? What did the “time” feel like? What this tool will do is it will begin to shift your energy to pull the healing you experienced from that timeline into the present. As that happens you will experience a spectrum of healing. The idea is your not attaching to this memory but the healing surrounding it.

As spiritual beings it is key for us to remember who we are and what we have access to. The more you begin to work with your own energy the more you are going to open up the magic which is already within you.
